Each piece can be customised according to our client's needs and preferences. With the support of our trade project specialist you can choose a product and change: size, upholstery (fabrics and leathers), materials (woods, marbles and metals). However, some pieces may have limitations and this means that each request for customisation must be analysed by our technical team.
While we will make every effort to match a finish and/or texture, no guarantees of an exact match can be provided.

For COM Orders (customer's own materials), production will not begin on any product requiring any type of fabric or leather supplied by the purchaser until all the materials for the products ordered have arrived and have been properly identified by the manufacturer. Lead time for orders with COM/COL products starts after all materials, have been properly approved.

Standard UK Shipping:
Small parcels are dispatched via courier and typically arrive within 3 working days.

Large items held in our UK warehouse are handled by our logistics coordinator and typically delivered within 10 working days. Confirmation is provided during checkout.

White Glove Delivery:
Enjoy delivery to your preferred room, with packaging removal and assembly if needed. Please be aware that due to insurance regulations, our drivers can only carry items up to the first 3 floors via staircase (assuming they fit). Feel free to consult us beforehand for guidance.

Shipping Costs:
Calculated based on weight and destination, shipping costs are determined during checkout.

Currently, we can only accept returns in case of manufacturer errors upon delivery, as outlined in our return policy.
